If you contact us and we don’t respond within 8 business hours, we’ll credit your account $100.
If an APMS-approved resident doesn’t pay rent, then you don’t pay APMS a management fee until the resident pays.
If you’re not fully satisfied with our service, you can cancel anytime. We just ask that you give us 30 days notice to ensure a smooth transition. *conditions apply
If an APMS-approved pet damages your property and the repair cost is not covered by the security deposit, we will repair the damage at no charge.
We guarantee that any APMS-approved resident will remain in your property for at least 12 months. If they do not, we’ll replace them and waive the leasing fee.
If we can’t find a resident to sign a lease within 28 days, we will waive your first month of management fees. *conditions apply
If we must evict a resident for non-payment of rent, we will cover the cost of filing the eviction and waive all management fees until rent is collected. If we do not recover rent, then no management fees are due.
If an APMS-approved resident damages your property and the repair cost is not covered by the security deposit, APMS will provide skilled labor from RPMC to repair the damage at no charge.
